The Government Relations committee is the group that represents the West Ranch Town Council's interests in the current initiative around determining the future of the West Side - Incorporation, Annexation, or Maintaining the Current Unincorporated Status.  This committee works closely with officials from Los Angeles County, the Castaic Town Council, and the City of Santa Clarita.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO WORK WITH THIS COMMITTEE

Security / Public Safety Committee

This committee concentrates on the security and public safety issues that impact our area.  The goal is to provide a dedicated team of council members to work with Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the California Highway Patrol, and Security Committees from the area's Homeowner Associations in order to help keep the West Ranch area a safe secure environment for our residents and visitors.

Government Relations Committee

This committee is tasked to work with the County, local neighboring government bodies, the community Homeowner Associations, and other governmental organizations to assist and resolve issues that impact the quality of life for residents of the West Ranch areas.  Included in this are specific community liaisons who volunteer to help improve the communication between those of the communities with the government organizations best positioned to assist their needs.
